• Our staff will consist of Child Development Assistants, Child Development Workers and Child Development Supervisors.
• Our staff must love, care and respect each child as an individual.
• Each room will have minimum two consistent staff members, and also a float staff to cover for breaks, time away, program planning and vacation.
• All staff must have current First Aid with Infant and Child CPR, Criminal Record Checks with a Vulnerable Sector Search, and these will be both updated every 3 years.
• The staff will be encouraged and supported to take workshops to enhance their child care education and knowledge.
